摘要
以氧含量均匀性较好的厚壁无缝钢管WB36、P92等材料为例,确定了适合工厂大批生产条件下的管材钢中氧分析试样的制备方法。考察了样品质量、试样加工磨削进给量、放置时间、清洗时间这些因素对分析结果的影响,结果表明,当样品剪切质量为1.0g、加工磨削进给量0.1毫米/行程、超声清洗时间为2min、制备完成后1d内分析效果最佳。选取内蒙古北方重工集团生产的厚壁管P92材料,按照方法制备后测定,与钢铁研究总院(CISRI)制备后测定值一致,再现性限为0.00070%~0.00084%。
With thick-walled seamless steel pipe WB36 and P92 which had good uniformity for oxygen content as the examples, the sample preparation method for determination of oxygen in steel-pipe was established, which was suitable for the mass production conditions in factories. The influence of such factors as sample weight, sample processing grinding feed rate, storage time and cleaning time on the analytical results was investigated, and the results showed that when the cut-off sample weight was 1.0 g, the processing grinding feed rate was 0.1 mm/stroke and the ultrasonic cleaning time was 2 min, the optimum analytical results were obtained within 1 d after the preparation was complete. Thick-walled pipe P92 material produced by the Inner Mongolia North Heavy Industries Group Corpo- ration was prepared according to the proposed method, and the content of oxygen was determined by oxygen and nitrogen analyzer. The results were consistent with those obtained by preparation and de- termination with CISRI, and the reproducibility limit was 0. 000 70 %-0. 000 84 %.
