本文通过分析影响聋人大学生认知能力的主要因素 ,探讨聋人思维方式和记忆能力的特殊性 ,提出符合聋人高等工科教育规律的教学原则 ,并阐述了执行教学原则的具体内容。

This paper first approaches the particularities of deaf students' modes of thinking and memory by means of analyzing the main factors of influecing the cognition of deaf college students.Then,it puts forward teaching priciples according with the law of engineering education and expounds the details of implementing the principles for the deaf.
