士官院校教育定性问题的再思考

Rethinking on education qualitative issues in sergeant colleges

为了推动士官院校教育训练转型的不断深入,就士官院校教育的定性及转型问题进行了较全面分析与思考.借鉴地方中、高等职业技术教育的实践经验,提出了学历不等于学历教育、转型应转向双证型职业技术教育的观点,力求实现军队士官院校教育的真正转型.

For facilitating the constant deepening of education and training reformation in sergeant colleges, this article addresses a more comprehensive analysis and thinking on the qualitative education and its reformation in the colleges. By mirroring the practice experiences of civil middle and higher vocational and technical education, it is suggested that the academic background be not identical with the formal schooling education and the transformation be steered to the vocational and technical education with the type of Dual-certificates, thus for achieving the real education transformation in military sergeant colleges.
