The First Aid of Fracture Injury in the Wild Based on ADL Evaluation

研究基于ADL评价指导的野外骨折伤急救方法。提出一种基于ADL评价指导的野外骨折伤急救方法,采用ADL作为评价骨折伤急救效果好坏的标尺,将骨折伤的治理效果分为从高到低的完全自理、半自理、轻度缺陷、中度缺陷和严重缺陷5个档次,通过大量的实验和统计论证,给出最佳急救方案,提高骨折伤野外救助的效果。以长白山区的105例骨折伤为研究对象,分析了不同季节骨折伤的分布特性,并且对其采用ADL指标进行评价,得出夏季骨折伤治愈率最高的结论。所提的ADL评价体系对野外骨折伤急救具有很好的评价指导作用。

The 105 cases of fracture injury in the Changbai Mountain area were researched and the distribution characteristics of fracture injury in different seasons was analyzed, the result shows that it is easier to be cured in summer and the ADL evaluation system has a good evaluation effect for first aid of fracture injury in the wild.
