摘要
学生评教有利于发现教师工作中存在的问题,引导教师通过提高自身素质、优化教学过程来提高教学质量。为对评教结果的有效性进行正确评估,需要对评教数据进行优化处理。在分析平均法、极差法、中值法、标准分法、噪声清洗法和正态分布法的局限性基础上,提出采用简单的、精度适中的折线拟合法进行近似模拟正态分布曲线,并提供了计算机处理的算法模型。实验结果表明,折线拟合法不仅可以解决评教数据的噪声数据消除问题,也能解决正态分布的计算难和要求数据量大的问题。
Evaluation of teaching is in favor of finding the problems existing in the teachers’work, guiding teachers to improve their own quality, optimize the teaching process to improve the quality of teaching. In order to correctly assess the validity of the results of teaching evaluation, teaching assessment data needs to be processed optimally. On the basis of limitation of analysis and average method, range method, median method, standard score method, noise cleaning method and normal distribution approach, conduct approximate simulation of normal distribution curve using simple and polygonal line fitting process with moderate precision, the algorithm model of computer process is provided. Experimental results show that polygonal line fitting process can solve not only the problems of noise data elimination of teaching as-sessment data but also the problem of large calculation difficulty and required amount of data of normal distribution.
