淋巴浆细胞淋巴瘤/华氏巨球蛋白血症2例及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 淋巴浆细胞淋巴瘤/华氏巨球蛋白血症（LPL/WM）是一种单克隆浆样淋巴细胞增生,并合成单克隆IgM的小B细胞惰性淋巴瘤.该病约占所有血液系统肿瘤的2％,人群发病率5/106,为少见肿瘤[1],且多起病缓慢,病初可无症状,临床表现常不典型,容易误诊.现报道2例,以提高对该病的认识.
