摘要
为了避免航空电机的转子在运行过程中产生共振,应用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对航空高速永磁电机转子进行模态分析,得到了电机转子的前六阶固有频率及模态振型图,了解了该电机转子的振动特性,将仿真结果和实验结果对比验证了有限元分析的可行性。同时通过对电机转子额定频率和固有频率对比可知,电机固有频率远远大于额定频率,不会产生共振,说明电机转子结构设计的合理性,对该电机的设计优化具有一定的参考价值,为同类产品的仿真分析提供参考依据。
In order to avoid the air motor rotor producing resonance in the process of operation,ANSYS finite element analysis software was used to analyze aviation high-speed permanent magnet motor rotor modal,and the motor rotor first six order natural frequency and modal vibration mode figure were got to understand the vibration characteristics of the motor rotor.The simulation results were compared with the experimental results,which verified the feasibility of finite element analysis.Contrasting the motor rotor rated frequency with inherent frequency show that natural frequency is greater than the rated frequency and won't produce resonance.It shows the rationality of design of the rotor structure and the design has a certain reference value for motor optimization,and also provides a reference basis for the simulation of the same kind of analysis.
