摘要 采用旋转高频电压注入法实现嵌入式永磁同步电动机无位置传感器控制。将高频电压叠加于基频电压,利用电机磁场凸极属性,从检测电流中滤出含有转子位置信息的高频部分,并且重点阐述了构建数字滤波器以得到电流高频分量的方法。以TMS320F28335为控制核心构建了一个控制系统,并给出了其硬件电路和软件流程。仿真和实验结果验证了原理的正确性和控制的有效性。 An interior permanent magnet synchronous motor sensorless control system based on rotating high frequency voltage injection technique was presented.The carrier voltage is superimposed on the fundamental voltage,and the high frequency components of the measured currents contain the information of the rotor position,due to the motor magnetic saliency property.The method to build a digital filter for the high frequency component of the measured currents was focused on.A PMSM control system with the control core of TMS320F28335 was constructed,and its hardware and software processes were presented.The simulation and test results show that the principle is correct and the control system is effective.
