氧化电位消毒水处理医用纺织品试验研究

Experimental Research on Medical Textile Treated with Electrolyzed Oxidizing Water

目的:研究氧化电位消毒水的杀菌效果及对织物性能的影响。方法:采用载体浸泡定量杀灭试验和织物强力、白度测试法观察氧化电位消毒水的杀菌效果及对织物性能的影响。结果:氧化电位消毒水用于织物(如棉织物、医用纱布、无纺布)的杀菌试验,其杀灭率在99.99%以上,符合消毒技术规范的相关要求。经氧化电位消毒水处理后的织物,白度无明显变化,断裂强力变化不大。结论:氧化电位消毒水具有良好的杀菌效果,对织物的性能影响较小。

Objective To study the disinfection effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water and its influence on textile. methods Carrier immersion quantitative germicidal test and the strength, whiteness of fabric test methods were used to observe the disinfection effect of electrolyzed oxidizing water and its influence on textile. Results The disinfection rate of electrolyzed oxidizing water was more than 99.99% for textiles such as cotton, medical gauze and nonwoven fabric. The whiteness of the treated fabric by electrolyzed-oxidizing water had no significant changes and the breaking strength changed little also. Conclusion The electrolyzed oxidizing water has high disinfection effects, and has few influences on the textile.
