摘要
从访问目的、服务项目的重要性评价、平台的偏好以及对移动图书馆服务缺陷的感知等视角开展用户需求的调查,结果表明:用户对调查项目的重要性排序是不相同的,在使用方式的偏好和不满因素方面是有差异的,且不同性别、不同学历层次的用户也存在一定的认知差异。据此提出改进建议:以用户体验为根本,丰富服务平台中的服务项目,优化服务资源,以推广形式创新为核心,吸引更多用户使用移动图书馆。
An investigation on users' demands is the important foundation to improve service level of the mobile li- brary platform. The survey is conducted as User Demand Study, which focuses on user purposes, the importance of service items, user preferences, and the perception of discontents of mobile libraries. The results indicate that there are some differences among users in the importance, preferences and dissatisfied factors of these service items. Also there are some differences existing in different gender and education levels. According to the investigation, this paper proposes some sug- gestions on improving mobile library platform and promoting its services. For example, based on user experience, the li- brary can enrich the resources, and optimize the service items. At the same time, the mobile library can attract more users to use through the innovation of the generalized forms.
