摘要
目的:基于安卓技术,研制一种可满足演习卫勤保障需要的中央监护定位系统。方法:利用微电子、低功耗以及传感器技术研制可靠的生命体征参数采集单元,选取加载相对精确、快速的定位单元,选择合理、有效的无线数据传输方式,设计安全、可靠的服务器软件。结果:伤员移动信息终端将采集到的伤员生命体征参数、位置信息进行处理、封装后,通过无线数据传输网络发送至中央监控服务器,服务器对所获得的信息进行监控,一旦发现异常,自动将报警信息与伤员位置信息发送至最近的救援人员。结论:中央监护定位系统可以实时显示每一名伤员的生命体征信息及所处位置,救援人员可以在最短时间内找到目标伤员并展开救治,提高了救援的效率与成功率。
Objective To develop an Android-based central monitoring and locating system for the medical service of live-fire drill. Methods Parameters acquisition unit for vital signs was developed based on microelectronic technology and sensor technology. Then proper locating unit and wireless data transmission mode were selected, and server software was designed. Results Casualty mobile PDA processed and sealed the acquired vital signs parameters and position information, and then transmitted them to central monitoring server. The server automatically sent the information on alarm and casualty position to the nearest first responder when there's anything wrong. Conclusion The system can display real-time information on casualty vital signs and position, and can facilitate the first responder to find and treat target patient in time.
