摘要 阐述了扩散张量成像(diffusion tensor imaging,DTI)的基本原理,概括了颈髓损伤的成因及后果,研究了DTI在颈髓损伤中的应用,分析了DTI在颈髓损伤中应用的不足与展望,最后指出将DTI技术与常规MRI结合,可为颈髓损伤的早期诊断及临床治疗提供更大的帮助。 The basic principle of diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is described, and the reasons and results of cervical spine cord injury are summarized. The application of DTI in cervical spine cord injury is studied, and the deficiencies and prospects of DTI for cervical spine cord injury are pointed out. DTI technique will be combined with conventional MR1 for early diagnosis and treatment of cervical spine cord injury.
