摘要
通过分析HRB500高强度钢筋的传统的两个生产工艺方案，结合HRB400的实际生产经验，在国家标准和内控标准的指导下，制定出了H1LB500高强度钢筋的最佳试验方案，通过试验和对试验结果的分析，在成分调整和工艺优化后扩大了试制规格，最终实现批量生产。
By analyzing 2 traditional productive processes of HRB500 high strength steel bar, com- bining with practical productive experience of HRB400, in light of national and internal control stan- dards, we made the best trial production plan of HRB500 high strength steel bar. By experiment and analysis of experimental result, we conditioned chemical composition, optimized productive process, extended diameter range of steel bar, and realized mass prod.uction of steel bar.
