浅谈水钢技术中心实验室认可的必要性和可行性

实验室认可是权威机构对检测／校准实验室及其人员有能力进行特定类型的检测做出正式承认。通过了实验室认可就意味着权威机构承认检测／校准实验室有管理能力和技术能力从事特定领域的工作。首钢水钢技术中心有五个实验室，与生产紧密联系的实验室分布于各主体厂房内，主要负责水钢进厂原燃材料（矿石、煤、焦炭、白云石、石灰等）、半成品（自产焦、铁水）、成品（焦化化工副产品、钢材）等检测工作；与科研紧密联系的理化测试室主要负责对各个现场化验室的抽查及仲裁样品的分析、新产品开发、新方法的应用等工作。技术中心实验室拥有各种大型精密仪器多台，化检验技术人才众多，管理制度齐全，已获得质量、测量、环境、职业健康安全管理等体系认证，具有较好的分析条件和人才队伍，但由于各种原因，未开展实验室认可，不能对公司外委化检验项目进行分析，制约着技术中心及化验室的发展，因此本文通过对实验室认可的相关知识的学习、水钢实验室现状和存在的优势和特点等多方面分析探讨了水钢技术中心实验室开展实验室认可的必要性和可行性。

Laboratory accreditation is that authoritative agencies formally accredit that testing and calibration laboratories and their personnel have capacities to do specific tests. Having passed laboratory accreditation means authoritative agencies accredited that the testing and calibration laboratories have managing and technical capacities to do work in a specific area. Shuigang＇s technology center has 5 laboratories. The labo- ratories closely combining with production are distributed in various main plants and are mainly responsible for tests of raw material and fuel （ore, coal, coke, dolomite, lime, etc.） and semi-finished products （self-produced coke, hot metal） and finished products （coking by-products, steel）. The physical and chemical testing laboratory closely combining with scientific and teclmological research is mainly responsible for spot check of various laboratories, analysis of arbitral samples, tests relative to devel- opment of new products and application of new methods, etc. The laboratories in technology center have various large precision instruments and many testing tatent, com- plete management rules, have passed certification of quality, measurement, environ- ment, career health and security and have good analysis conditions and a talent team. But due to various causes, the laboratories have not passed accreditation so that they can＇t test authoritative samples, which restricts development of laboratories in technol- ogy center. So, based on study of knowledge relative to laboratory accreditation, according to present conditions and advantages and characters of the laboratories, this article analyzed necessity and feasibility for the laboratories to carry out accreditation.
