摘要
进行预涂层处理是滚制涂衣糖果的关键一步,但由于要增加工时及从相关的人力、物力等成本考虑,这个技术几乎已被“忘掉”了。使用新的预涂方法,不仅克服了所遇到的问题,而且提高和保证了糖果的品质。
For panned candy (dragees), it is very important to apply pre-coating step first. Because of long production duration, high labor and material costs, and so on, people nearly forget' it. Production with a new coating system can overcome the said problems, improve and keep the candy at a high quality standard.
