在纸机流送系统添加聚乙烯胺,提高了成纸的初始湿强度、裂断长和首程留着率,加快了纸页脱水,取得了降低长纤维用量、助留剂成本、填料用量及蒸气消耗等明显效果。
Addition of PVAm in approach system improves initial wet strength, breaking length and first pass retention, and speeds up web drainage, thus it reduces long fiber usage, retention agent cost, and filler and steam consumption significantly.
