摘要
男性乳腺癌（MBC）发病率较低，一般多发生于50岁以后，和男性其他恶性肿瘤相比，仅占0．1％，在所有乳腺癌中，其发病率约占1％-2％。最近20年内，男性乳腺癌的发病率有增高趋势，并且其特征在东西方患者之间也有差异。相比女性乳腺癌的发生，MBC无论在发病年龄、临床表现以及转归方面都不尽相同。研究发现，女性乳腺癌的发病一般呈双峰样表现，双峰峰值分别为52岁和71岁。男性乳腺癌的发病则相反。
