摘要
采用改进型基于PLC自适应控制方法,将飞剪前后机架的实际速度控制系统纳入到飞剪剪切控制系统中,使剪切精度提高10倍以上,提高成材率0.2%,降低吨钢成本5元以上。
The actual speed control system of the housings in front of and back of the flying shear was in- tegrated into the cutting control system of flying shear by adopting the modified adaptive controlled way on the basis of PLC, and the cutting accuracy was increased more than 10 times, the yield rate is improved by 0.2%, and the cost per ton of steel was reduced more than 5 yuan.
