摘要 分析120 t转炉冶炼低碳低硅铝镇静钢SPHC中间包头炉钢水黏堵水口的原因。介绍成分控制、造渣控制、喂线量控制、在线吹氩及电极升温控制等方面的改进与优化,总结实施后的效果。 The causes for nozzle minium-killed steel SPHC smelted in blocking in first heat of tundish of low-carbon and low-silicon alu- 120 t Converter were analyzed. The improvement and optimized coun- termeasures in respects of chemical composition control, on-line and electrode heating up were introduced, and were summarized. slagging control, wire feeding control, argon blown effects after these measures being implemented
