分析冷轧带钢退火粘结的原因,通过优化退火工艺、控制板形、提高表面粗糙度和控制卷取张力,将粘结率由1.13%降低到0.3%以下。
The causes for annealing sticking of cold-rolled strip were analyzed; the sticking ratio was reduced from 1.13% to 0.3% below by optimizing annealing process, controlling shape, improving surface roughness and controlling coiling tension.
