介绍了结晶器在线热调宽技术在7号板坯连铸机的应用情况:每次更换断面,铸机的生产准备时间可由原先的3h降为0h,铸机的作业率可以得到提高16%以上,减少铸坯坯头、坯尾、中包废钢量约15t。
The applied condition of online thermal edging technology for mould on No.7 Slab Casterwas introduced： while changing the section, the production preparalion time can be reduced from 3 h to 0 h, the operating time of the Caster can be improved 16% or more, and the total scrap quantity of sial） head,slab tail and tundish can be reduced 15 t approximately.
