柳钢低成本战略的定位分析

摘要 采用波特五力分析模型分析行业环境,应用SWOT模型分析内部环境,认为:柳钢应该采用低成本竞争战略,内部发挥长期实施低成本战略的经验优势和企业文化积淀,外部利用广西经济发展和北部湾经济圈建立,国家产业政策调整等机会,通过实施一系列的降低成本措施,精细化管理,使成本低于竞争对手,在钢铁产业中赢得对手。 The industry environment was analyzed by using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, and the inner environment was also analyzed by applying SWOT Model, hence it was regarded that Liuzhou Steel should adopt the overall cost leadership to bring the experiences and advantages of long-term overall cost leadership and enterprise culture heritage into full play from the inner environment, and to use all the opportunities such as (;uangxi's economy development and construction of Beibu Gulf Economical Zone as well as the adjustment of national industrial policy from the external environment so as to make the cost lower than the competitors and win in the iron and steel industry by implementing a series of overall cost countermeasures and lean management.
