This article makes a summary of the experience in smoothly putting into service of communication and signaling equipment for Ji-Bao railway line from the four aspects such as the personnel, system, training, production materials in place, information communication and coordination, strengthening management, innovative ideas and organization, and the check of the equipment after putting them into service, which could has a certain reference for the acceptance and takeover of communication and signaling equipment in the future.
