摘要
基于承接国的视角,通过产品市场与劳动力市场的均衡分析,研究了国际服务外包对承接国就业的影响机制。研究表明,国际服务外包会促进承接国就业扩大,但就业扩大效应受承接国的服务部门产出水平、最终产品价格、服务部门劳动力成本、服务型劳动力要素禀赋等因素的制约。要充分发挥承接国际外包服务对我国就业的扩大效应,须大力提高我国的服务业发展水平,控制物价,加大人力资本投入,提高高技能服务型人才的储备。
The article studies the influence mechanism of international service outsourcing on employment based on the perspective of receiving country and equilibrium analysis of product and labor market. It shows that international service outsourcing can promote employment in undertaking country concerned,but the employment expansion effect will be restricted by the output level of service industry,the price of final product,service labor cost,and factor endowment of service- oriented labor. To promote the full role of international outsourcing service on expanding employment in China,it needs to improve the development level of service industry,control price,increase investment in human capital and improve the reserve of skilled service talent.
