分析了一种多功能车辆总线和工业以太网协议转换网关,软硬件设计方案及其实现原理,该设备具有以太网和MVB跨总线通信能力,通过网络配置灵活的支持MVB过程数据,消息数据和以太网通信.分析了影响网关实时性的关键因子TCP时延,为了控制网络时延,分析和对比了3种不同的改进方案的实时性能,并对最优方案进行了时延计算和实验验证,实验结果满足列车网络通信实时性要求.

This article introduces a multifunction vehicle bus and indusmal Ltnernet protoco convcul,gateway, hardware and software design scheme and realization principle with Ethernet and MVB buscommunication ability. After analyzing the key factors affecting the gateway realtime performance,three different improved methods on realtime performances are compared and analyzed. The optimalmethod has been chosen and tested;experimental results are given to illustrate the effectiveness of theproposed method.
