摘要
软起动器利用数字信号处理器芯片采样电动机的三相电流、三相电压及其零点,控制晶闸管的导通角,改变电动机的端电压,以限制电动机的起动电流,实现异步电动机的软起动、软停车和对过载、堵转、阻塞、缺相及三相电流不平衡、过压、欠压、相序等多种故障的保护。
Motor soft starter using digital signal processor chip is used to sample three-phase current and three- phase voltage of motor, control trigger angle of thyristor, change terminal voltage of motor, to limit starting current of motor, and realizes the softstart, softstop of asynchronous motor, and the fault protection such as overload, stalling, blocking, three phase current unbalance, over voltage, under vohage, phase sequence.
