摘要
为了改进国产聚四氟乙烯滑套的性能,笔者提出了一种切实可行有效的评定试验方法,采取轴向和径向压力变形试验与扫描电镜、能谱分析相结合的手段,对国产和进口的聚四氟乙烯滑套材料性能和产品性能进行综合评定,并对进口与国产滑套产品的细微差别进行了分析。其分析结果表明,该方法对了解和评价滑套材料的诸多性能,确保国产滑套材料的使用寿命具有重要意义。同时,该方法也为国产化聚四氟乙烯滑套的性能改进,提供了可靠的参考依据。
In order to enhance the performance of home made FIFE slide, the author proposes the feasible evalua- tion method, a method which combines axial and radial pressure test and scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis. With this method, the paper evaluates the material and product performances of home made and imported trI'FE slide separately, and analyzes the slight difference between them. The analysis shows that this method is not only significant for understanding and evaluating the performances of slide materials and guaranteeing their life span, but provides reliable guidance for the improvement for the performance of home made PTFE slide.
