某国产200MW机组轴承振动分析与研究

摘要 为了解决某电厂国产200 MW机组启动中轴承振动超标问题,笔者分析了轴承振动的原因,指出了轴承发生振动的潜在因素和诱导因素,提出了解决措施,即通过采取改变机组冲转方式、加强机组振动监督等,可实现机组安全并网、平稳发电。实践证明,采取该措施,规避机组轴承振动,效果显著。 In order to solve the exceeding vibration of bearing during the star-up of a homemade 200 MW unit, the author analyzes the causes of beating vibration, points out the hidden and induction factors leading to the vibration, and proposes the treatment measure, which is to change the speeding up mode and to strengthen vibration monito- ring, accordingly to realize the safe integration and stable generation. The practice proves that the measure is able to avoid bearing vibration with a great effect.
