哈三电厂2号机发电机氢纯度不合格原因分析及处理

摘要 根据密封油系统、氢系统结构特点,分析了哈尔滨第三发电厂2号发电机氢纯度长期不合格的原因,提出采取在密封油系统增加一套压差阀、提高密封瓦检修质量标准,以及在机组运行前检查油路、信号管连接正确与否等有效措施,消除了因发电机氢纯度不合格导致设备损坏的重大隐患,提升了机组运行安全性。同时,也为今后解决氢冷发电机氢纯度不合格的问题提供了一些参考借鉴。 According to the structure characteristics of sealing oil system and hydrogen system, this paper analyzes the causes of long-term disqualification in hydrogen purity in Harbin No. 3 Power Plant No. 2 generator, proposes the effective measures including adding an additional set of press difference valve, enhancing the standards for seal- ing pad overhauling and checking the connection of oil line and signal pipe before the operation of units, which eliminate the hidden danger caused by the disqualification in hydrogen purity so as to enhance the security of the unit operation. The paper, at the mean time, also provides reference for treating the disqualification in hydrogen purity.
