摘要
通过对煤炭企业绩效管理中执行力的探讨,介绍绩效管理的作用,分析了煤炭企业绩效管理执行力缺乏的原因,并提出了通过制定合理的绩效管理制度、加强对绩效管理执行者的培训、及时兑现绩效结果等有效提高绩效管理执行力的具体措施和途径。
With the discussion on the execution in the performances management of coal enterprises, the paper introduced the performance management role and analyzed the causes of execution shortage in the performances management of the coal enterprise. The rational performances management system established, enhanced training of the performance management personnel, on time fulfilled performances results and others provided could effectively improve the certain measures and access of the performances management execution.
