摘要
以山东能源临矿集团为例,介绍了临矿集团为解决人才断崖问题,推行技术岗位和管理岗位"双通道"人才晋升发展的模式情况,并对在岗位公开竞聘中存在的问题进行分析,提出了实施适当轮岗交流、健全和完善"管理、技术、技能"3个通道等人力资源优化配置的相关对策。
Taking Shandong Energy Linyi Mining Group as an example, in order to solve the talent fault scarp problem in Linyi Group, the paper introduced the conditions of the talent promotion development mode with the technical post and the management post "double channel". An analysis was conducted on the problems existed in the public competition of the related posts and related countermeasures were provided on the proper post exchanging, perfect and improved "management, technical and skilful" three channels and other talent resources optimized allocation.
