菲涅尔深区散斑纵向相关特性研究

STUDY OF THE LONGITUDINAL CORRELATION FUNCTION OF SPECKLES IN THE DEEP FRESNEL ZONE

摘要 研究了菲涅尔深区散斑光强纵向相关特性以及深区内散斑的特征,首先,推导出菲涅尔深区散斑光强纵向相关函数和纵向距离的关系,并利用原子力显微镜测量我们自己制作的随机粗糙表面的高度分布;其次,利用光学系统采集深区内不同纵向距离处的散斑,最后,经过处理得到深区光强纵向相关特性,并提取深区散斑的统计参量. This paper studied the longitudinal correlation function and the characteristics of the speckles in deep Fresnel zone.First of all,we derived the longitudinal correlation function in the the deep Fresnel zone and measured the height distribution of the random rough surface we have made before with an atomic force microscope.Secondly,we recorded the speckles of different position in the deep Fresnel zone with an optical system we designed.Lastly,we obtained longitudinal correlation function and extracted the statistical parameters of the speckles in the deep Fresnel zone.
