摘要
文章分析了济南市产业结构发展变化轨迹以及不同产业发展对生态环境的影响,利用不同产业的生态环境影响指数计算了1978年以来该市产业结构的变化及其生态环境效应,认为1978年以来产业结构生态环境影响属于中等,济南市产业转型轨迹与产业转型引起的生态环境效应轨迹在变化趋势上存在着一致性、产业转型对生态环境的影响滞后于产业转型等结论,并提出一些基于生态环境保护的济南市经济持续发展的长效产业政策.
The paper analyses the industrial development orbit and the influence of different industrial development on nature eco-environment,using the influence coefficient of the different industries on nature environment to calculate the eco-environment effect of industrial transformation in Jinan city since 1978.It concludes that the influence index of industrial structure on nature eco-environment was moderate in Jinan since 1978,there was consistency in the trends of trajectory of effect of ecological environment caused by the industrial transformation trajectory of Jinan city,and the eco-environment effect of industrial transformation lagged behind the industrial transformation.At last,it makes a long-term industrial policy of Jinan city based on ecological and environmental protection to sustainable economic development.
