摘要
根据福州市2002年-2011年土地利用现状数据,利用数学统计方法对福州市土地利用动态变化进行分析.结果表明,2002年-2011年福州市土地利用数量变化中,耕地、园地和其他土地面积都有所减少,动态度变化方向呈负向;林地、其他农用地、城镇村及工矿用地、交通运输用地、水利设施用地面积在增加,动态度呈正向发展.2002年-2011年福州市土地利用程度变化量为11.65,处于发展期.市域内由于发展条件存在差异,土地利用程度变化量也存在差异,福州市还需调整土地利用结构,提高土地节约集约化程度.
According to data of land utilization from 2002 to 2011 in Fuzhou City,dynamic change of land use of Fuzhou City is analyzed by mathematical statistical method.The result shows that in the quantity change of land use in Fuzhou from 2002 to 2011,the area of cultivated land,garden plot and unutilized land decreased,and the direction of dynamic change is negative.The area of woodland,other agricultural land,resident and industry land,land for transportation and water facilities land increased,and the direction of dynamic change is positive.From 2002 to 2011,the degree of land use change in Fuzhou is 11.65.Due to the different development conditions in each counties,the degree of land use change is also uneven,so far the land use needs a rational structure to enhance the economizing and intensification of land in Fuzhou City.
