摘要
通过对国内外焚烧运营监管方式的比较,结合焚烧工艺特点以及相关法规、标准、规范的要求,提出了相应的监管方案。
By comparing the operation supervision ways of waste incineration at home and abroad,combining with the characteristics of incineration technology and the requirements of correlative laws,standards and specifications,the corresponding supervision plan was put forward.
