Free disassembly cleaning of intake system and fuel system of electronic injection gasoline vehicle

针对电喷汽油车进气系统和燃油系统的沉积物现象,简单分析了沉积物生成原因及危害,介绍了进气系统和燃油系统的清洗时机和清洗方式。通过在行驶里程12万km的比亚迪F3车型上进行免拆清洗试验,结果表明免拆清洗方式同样可有效清除沉积物,并且避免了解体清洗可能带来的发动机拆装故障。

According to the phenomenon of deposits of the intake injection gasoline vehicle, formative reasons and hazard were system simply and fuel system of electronic analyzed. Cleaning time and methods of intake system and fuel system were briefly introduced. Through the free disassembly clean- ing of driving distance over 120,000 km BYD F3 automobile, the results showed that free disassembly cleaning could remove deposits effectively and avoid possible engine dismantlement faults due to dis-assembly cleaning.
