摘要
利用失重法研究了盐酸溶液中各类单组分缓蚀剂对锌的缓蚀作用和多组分缓蚀剂的协同效应,研制出一种自生膜型镀锌设备盐酸清洗缓蚀剂JSS,并对其缓蚀性能进行了评价。腐蚀速率-缓蚀剂浓度曲线、腐蚀速率-盐酸浓度曲线、腐蚀速率-时间曲线和腐蚀速率-温度曲线等研究结果表明,JSS缓蚀剂缓蚀性能优良,抗干扰性好。电化学研究结果表明,JSS缓蚀剂是一种阴极型缓蚀剂。JSS缓蚀剂在锌表面可自动产生完整的金黄色吸附膜,不仅保证镀锌设备盐酸清洗过程中镀锌层的完整性,而且清洗后能防止镀锌层的大气腐蚀和循环水中的电偶腐蚀。
The corrosion inhibition of various types of one - component corrosion inhibitor on zinc and synergistic effect of thousands multi - component corrosion inhibitor in hydrochloric acid solution are studied by weight - loss method. Eventually JSS - autogenous membrane galvanized equipment hydro-chloric acid cleaning corrosion inhibitors was developed and its corrosion inhibition performance was evaluated. The research results on corrosion rate-inhibitor concentration curve, the corrosion rate - hydrochloric acid concentration curve, the corrosion rate-time curves and the corrosion rate-tem-perature curve show that JSS corrosion inhibitors excellent performance and good anti - interference performance. The electrochemical research results show that JSS corrosion inhibitor is a kind of cathode type corrosion inhibitor. JSS inhibitor can automatically generate the complete gold adsorption mem-brane on the surface of zinc, not only ensure zinc coating integrity in the hydrochloric acid cleaning process of galvanizing equipment but also can prevent the galvanized layer atmospheric corrosion and galvanic corrosion in circulating water.
