摘要
预应力连续双向板布筋是无粘结预应力混凝土板全新的布筋方式,通过用弹性理论与塑性理论对四边简支预应力混凝土板进行内力分析,从多种布筋方式中选择出了最优方案,即跨中板带集中配筋,分析研究其应力分布状态,解决了预应力板的刚度、抗裂度、稳定性以及合理的强度计算等问题,并推导出了相应的公式,最后通过四边简支钢筋混凝土正方形板的足尺试验验证了理论的正确性。按此方式配筋,可节约钢材50%以上。
Reinforcement scheme of prestressed successive two - way slab is a new reinforcement form of prestressed concrete slab without bond. Based on elastic theory and plastic theory, internal forces of prestressed concrete simply suppor- ted on four sides are analyzed to choose the optimal scheme, namely concentrated reinforcement at mid span slab strip, among various reinforcement schemes. Stress distribution state of the optimal scheme is analyzed and researched to successfully solve rigidity, crack resistance, reliability and reasonable strength calculation of prestressed slab. Relevant formulae are deduced and the theory is verified through full scale test of square reinforced concrete slab simply supported on four sides. This reinforcement scheme could save more than 50% of steel products.
