代甲方管理模式在高校基建管理中的应用

APPLICATION OF CONTRACT MANAGEMENT MODE IN HIGH SCHOOL INFRASTRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

随着我国高校基建投入的快速增加,高校基建管理普遍存在人员少、专业配套不全的管理问题。通过对直接管理模式、代建制的管理模式、代甲方管理模式三种基建管理模式的比较,得出代甲方管理模式是高校基建自行管理模式的有益补充,高校的基建管理应向项目管理为主的精细化、专业化的管理模式过渡。

With fast increase of investment in domestic high school infrastructure construction, high school infrastructure con- struction management encounters various management problems, such as lack of manager and insufficient discipline technician, etc. After comparison among the following three infrastructure construction management modes, inclu- ding direct management mode, construction contract management mode and owner contract management mode, etc. , it is found that owner contract management mode is an advantageous assistance to independent management mode of high school infrastructure construction. High school infrastructure construction management shall develop towards detailed and specialized management mode focusing on project management.
