摘要
目的为呼吸道感染病原体的临床诊断提供一种快速诊断方法。方法对2636例呼吸道感染患者的血清标本,采用九项呼吸道联检试剂同时检测九项主要病原体的IgM抗体,包括嗜肺军团菌、肺炎支原体、Q热立克次体、肺炎衣原体、腺病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒和副流感病毒1型、2型和3型。结果在2636例呼吸道感染患者中,有878例患者感染阳性,阳性率为33.3%。在各种病原体中,非典型病原体阳性感染率最高,肺炎支原体占24.7%,呼吸道合胞病毒占14.3%,乙型流感病毒占13.2%,甲型流感病毒占7.7%。混合感染有414例,感染率为15.7%,占阳性病例的47.1%。结论九项呼吸道联检试剂具有快速、简便、准确性高、被检范围广、费用低等优点,可在临床上推广。
Objective To provide a rapid diagnostic method for clinical diagnosis of respiratory tract infection pathogens. Methods A total of 2636 serum specimens were collected from patients with respiratory tract infection to detect the IgM antibody of 9 main pathogens,including Legionella pneumophila,Mycoplasma pneumoniae,Q fever Rickettsia,Chlamydia pneumoniae,adenovirus,respiratory syncytial virus,influenza A virus,influenza B virus and parainfluenza virus type 1,2 and 3. Results In 2636 cases of respiratory tract infection patients,878 patients were found infection,the positive rate was 33. 3%. In a variety of pathogens,atypical pathogens had the highest prevalence rate,Mycoplasma pneumoniae accounted for 24. 7%,respiratory syncytial virus accounted for 14. 3%,influenza B virus accounted for 13. 2%,influenza A virus accounted for 7. 7%. There were 414 cases of mixed infection,the infection rate was 15. 7%,accounting for 47. 1% of the positive cases. Conclusion Nine-index joint inspection reagent for respiratory tract infection is fast,simple,highly accurate,with wide detection range and low cost,so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
