摘要
目的分析广州市海珠区散发腹泻病人中副溶血弧菌临床分离株的表型及基因型特征,对缺乏聚集性信息的病例开展实验室分析。方法进行表型鉴定,同时进行毒力基因分析及PFGE分子分型。结果广州市海珠区腹泻病人中存在两种血清型:O3:K6(90.9%)和O1:KUT(9.09%,尿酶阳性);所有菌株至少对8种抗生素敏感,对氨苄西林耐药;毒力基因检测:tlh+,tdh+,trh-(81.81%),tlh+,tdh+,trh+(9.09%),tlh+,tdh-,trh-(9.09%);11株均不携带blaTEM基因;分为4种PFGE型别,分属于3个克隆群。结论海珠区腹泻病人中潜在流行的血清型是O3:K6,主要携带tdh基因,少数携带trh基因,PFGE图谱显示,该区域散发腹泻病人中副溶血弧菌有63.6%来自同一克隆起源。
Objective To analyze the phenotypic and gene characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from patients with intestinal diarrhea in Haizhu district,and to carry out laboratory analysis of the cases lack of aggregation information. Methods Eleven Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates from 145 sporadic diarrhea patients were conducted biochemical identification,serotyping and PFGE typing. Results The 11 Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolates included two serotypes: O3: K6( 10 strains, 90. 9%) and O1: KUT( 1 strain,9. 09%,urease positive). Antimicrobial susceptibility test showed thess isolates were all sensitive to at least 8 antimicrobials,but resistant to ampicillin. Virulence gene detection indicated that there were 9 strains with tlh + tdh + trh-( 81. 81%),1 strain with tlh + tdh + trh +( 9. 09%) and 1 strain with tlh + tdh-trh-( 9. 09%). The blaTEM gene was not detected. These strains could be divided into 4 PFGE patterns belonging to 3 clone clusters. Conclusion In Haizhu district,the potential prevalent serotype is O3: K6. Most of the strains were found carrying the tdh gene,while minority had the trh gene. PFGE showed that 63. 6% of the Vibrio parahaemolyticus in this region might be originated from the same clone.
