摘要
目的评价结核分枝杆菌38KD-Rv1419重组蛋白在结核病血清学诊断中的应用价值。方法以痰涂片、培养为对照,采用化学发光法检测,评价68例结核病病人、61例非结核病病人血清中抗38KD-Rv1419抗体水平;绘制受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC曲线),确定其诊断结核病的临界值,并评价其诊断效能。结果结核病组抗38KD-Rv1419抗体表达水平为229791.9±63846.9,明显高于非结核呼吸病组的22987.5±5024.3(P<0.05)。38KD-Rv1419抗体检测的灵敏度(63.2%)明显高于痰涂片和培养(16.2%)(P<0.05)。结论结核分枝杆菌38KD-Rv1419重组蛋白具有较高的结核病血清学诊断价值。
Objective To evaluate the application value of Mycobacterium tuberculosis 38KD-Rv1419 recombinant protein in serological diagnosis of tuberculosis. Methods With sputum smear and culture as control,chemiluminescent enzyme immunoassay was used to detect serum 38KD-Rv1419 antibody level in 68 TB patients and 61 non-tuberculosis lung disease patients. The receiver operating characteristic curve( ROC curves) was drew to determine the critical value of 38KD-Rv1419 in tuberculosis diagnosis and evaluate the diagnostic performance. Results The 38KD-Rv1419 antibody expression level was( 229791. 9 ±63846. 9) in TB group,significantly higher than that in non-tuberculosis respiratory disease group( 22987. 5 ± 5024. 3,P 〈0. 05). 38KD-Rv1419 antibody detection showed higher sensitivity( 63. 2%) than sputum smear and culture( 16. 2%,P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Mycobacterium tuberculosis 38KD-Rv1419 recombinant protein has high value in serological diagnosis of TB.
