摘要
结合沉镍金工艺,站在收支平衡的角度,从合理沉积、降低带出、废液回收这三方面,来进行金盐利用率提高的论述。
By combining with ENIG process, standing on the break-even point of view, from the three areas of the reasonable deposition, by reducing out and waste recycling, this papers describes about improving the efficiency in the use of potassium gold cyanide.
