15种中草药中铜、铁、锌、硒含量的测定

Determination of Trace Elements Cu,Fe,Zn,and Se in 15 Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的:测定15种中草药中铜、铁、锌、硒4种微量元素的含量,为药材质量控制和临床应用提供参考。方法:采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定铜、铁、锌的含量,采用流动注射氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定硒的含量。结果:15种中草药中地丁、巨麦、红花、五灵脂含铁量相对较高;含铜量较高的药物为地丁、红花、草果;含锌较高的有地丁、黄连、河子;含硒较高的为地丁、五灵脂、云木香。结论:中草药中微量元素含量的测定,可为临床用药和疾病治疗提供一定的参考依据。

Objective： To determine the contents of trace element Cu,Fe,Zn,and Se in 15 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine,and to provide the references to the quality control and clinical application of crude drugs. Methods： The contents of Cu, Fe and Zn were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and the content of Se was determined by flow injection hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. Results： Among 15 determined Chinese herbal medicines,Corydalis bungeana,Jumai,Flowers carthami,and Trogopterus dung were richer in Fe. Corydalis bungeana,Flowers carthami,and Amomum tsao- ko were richer in Cu. Corydalis bungeana,Chinese goldthread,and Hezi were richer in Zn. Corydalis bungeana,Trogopterus dung,and radix saussureae lappae were richer in Se. Conclusion： The determination of trace element contents in Chinese herbal medicine could provide some references to the clinical medication and disease treatment.
