精索静脉应用解剖学研究的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of Applied Anatomy Study of Spermatic Vein

目的:通过对精索静脉的应用解剖学研究,为精索静脉曲张诊断和手术治疗的最佳方法选择提供理论依据。方法:经福尔马林固定的成人男性尸体50具,行层次解剖,暴露精索静脉各段,观察精索静脉在不同部位的支数、外径。结果:精索静脉在阴囊根部平均10.8支,平均外径1.04 mm;在皮下环处平均5.17支,平均外径1.28 mm;在腹环处平均3.44支,平均外径1.46 mm;在腹环上方5 cm处平均2.98支,平均外径2.07 mm。结论:精索静脉的位置越高支数越少,为精索静脉曲张手术方法的选择提供依据;临床将精索静脉外径大于3 mm作为精索静脉曲张的诊断指标,具有解剖学依据。

Objective： To observe the spermatic vein so as to provide an anatomic basis for the diagnosis and operative treatment of varicocele. Methods： 50 corpses were dissected and the spermatic vein were observed and measured. Results： There are 10. 8 branches of spermatic vein on the average at the root of the scrotum,with 1. 04 mm on the average in diameter; 5. 17 branches in the superficial inguinal ring,with 1. 28 mm on the average in diameter; 3. 44 branches in the deep inguinal ring,with 1. 46 mm on the average in diameter and 2. 98 branches 5 cm above the deep inguinal ring,with 2. 07 mm on the average in diameter. Conclusion： The Ligation of spermatic vein at a higher level is successful in providing an anatomic basis for the surgical treatment of varicocele. 3 mm of the spermatic vein in diameter may be seen as the anatomic criterion in clinic for the diagnosis of varicocele.
