院前急救糖尿病低血糖昏迷的救治体会

Pre-hospital Care on Patients with Diabetes Hypoglycemic Coma

目的：探讨在院前急救中对糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者的救治。方法：回顾性分析2012年2月至2013年1月石景山急救分中心接诊的25例糖尿病低血糖昏迷患者的临床资料,患者年龄均〉65岁。结果：25例患者在6~18 min内逐渐清醒,均安全送至医院治疗。结论：院前快速反应使患者在第一时间得到较为合理的救治,是提高抢救成功率、减少并发症的关键,并且为院内救治创造了条件。

Objective： To discuss the pre-hospital care on patients with diabetes hypoglycemic coma. Methods： The clinical data of 25 cases with diabetes hypoglycemic coma treated at Shijingshan first aid branch between February 2012 and January 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. All patients were above 65 years old. Results： All of 25 patients recovered in 6 to 18 minutes,and were sent to hospital safely. Conclusion： Pre-hospital quick response and reasonable treatment in first time could increase the success rate of rescue and reduce complications,which would create conditions for the treatment of patients in hospital.
