To make a study of the law system relevant to the rights and interests protection of medical consumers in our country,with such aspects objectively analyzed as positive role of this law system on the rights and interests protection of consumers,medical order and the regulation of medical resources operation,and its shortages in legislation,law enforcement and law protection methods,to provide sound basis for the future theoretical research,specific legislation and reform practice.
