随着动物源性食品安全问题的增多,公众对此类食品的关注也越来越多,该文主要探讨电子标识技术在动物源性食品安全管理中的作用,以期为我国动物源性食品安全的管理和监测提供思路。

With the increasing of food safety on animal-borne food,public paid more and more attention on this kind of food.In this paper,we disscused the effection of animal electronic identification on safety of animal electronic identification,in order to give advice to supervision of chinese animal-borne food.
