摘要 将灰色关联度分析方法引入到电子设备故障树分析中,以故障树最小割集构造标准故障模式向量,以底事件关键重要度组成待检模式向量,运用灰色关联分析技术对最小割集组成的各种故障模式按关联度大小进行排序,从而找出导致系统故障发生的主要因子。此方法改善了故障树分析法中系统故障特征与内部特征之间的弱相关性,可直观地反映出系统中各底事件故障发生的可能性大小。通过对某数控系统的电源系统故障的计算,对比故障树分析法的分析结果,表明了其可行性和有效性。 The grey correlation analysis method is introduced into the electronic equipment fault tree analysis. The minimum cut sets of fault tree construct standard fault pattern vectors; the key importance of bottom events constructs waiting mode vector,using the grey correlation analysis technology,the minimum cut sets of various failure modes are ordered according to the correlations,so as to identify the main factors which lead to system failure. This method improves the fault tree analysis by overcoming the weak correlation between system fault characteristics and the internal characteristics,can intuitively reflect the the system failure probability of bottom events. Through the numerical analysis of fault of a power system is carried out,and the results show its feasibility and validity.
