摘要
根据电子废弃物成分的特点,应用固体流态化技术研制开发了适合于本科生教学实验的电子废弃物气流分选装置,实现了电子废弃物金属与非金属的有效分离。该装置具有体积小型化、功能模块化、操作简便化及环境影响最小化等优点。实验教学装置的成功研发,不仅丰富了本科生固体废弃物实验教学内容,同时为国内其他高校环境类专业实验教学提供借鉴。
By combining the features of the e-waste composition and application of fluidization technology,the State Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Environmental Science Engineering of Tongji University has successfully developed an e-waste air-classifier for the undergraduate teaching experiment. It can effectively separate the metal and non-metal e-waste by the pneumatic system. Specifically,the device has the advantages of small size, modular design,easy operation,minimum environmental impact,etc. Moreover,this experimental teaching equipment can largely enrich the undergraduate experimental teaching,especially the solid waste,and also provide reference for experimental teaching in the area of Environmental Science and Engineering.
